Free Home Lottery at West Harbour!

On Sunday, September 30, between 12 p.m. and 4 p.m., West Harbour is hosting a lottery event, in which participants can win a free house simply by entering a 7-digit number of their choosing into a certified lottery machine. There is no cost to register, however participants must visit West Harbour and tour the show homes to receive an entry ballot. Interested parties are encouraged to obtain their ballot ahead of time as only the first 1,000 participants will have the chance to enter. This is Troika’s second free lottery in Kelowna, celebrating the newest phase of West Harbour. The first event for Kelowna was held in 2014 at Green Square, another Troika development.

“We are committed to creating and fostering a vibrant sense of community at West Harbour, and what better way to do that than by trying to give away a free house,” says Troika CEO, Renee Wasylyk. “With the success of our first two phases at West Harbour and the launch of our third, it seems like a great time to celebrate our community in a unique way. This event is fun, it’s suspenseful, it’s entertaining – the perfect weekend activity for families.” The community-focused developer will also be providing a free BBQ lunch, entertainment, and family activities at the event.

Here’s what you have to do to enter:

1. Visit the West Harbour Show Home at 1825 Viewpoint Drive before September 30th.

2. Tour the new homes to receive your entry ballot card.

3. Pick a lucky 7 digit number and write it on your ballot card.

4. Return on September 30, from 12pm – 4pm to enter your number into the certified lottery machine.

That’s it! If you pick the correct 7 digit number, you’re the winner of a brand new West Harbour home, worth up to $625,000!
